Ms. Graham is a frequent speaker and seminar leader in the field of estate planning. She regularly talks to groups concerning estate planning issues such as Revocable (Living) Trusts, Asset Protection, Wills, Death Probate, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, Protecting Disabled Heirs, and Minimizing Death Taxes.

Ms. Graham, as an Elder Law attorney, is certified by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of Elder Law. NELF is approved by the Idaho Commission on Certification of Attorney as Specialist.  She is an Accredited Attorney with the Veterans Administration.  She has been voted as a "Super Lawyer" in her field by her peers for the last four years, which means she is in the top 5% in this area of the law.

Ms. Graham is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary named by the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies (FFS). The FFS is a non-profit organization devoted to the development and enhancement of fiduciary standards of care for trustees, investment committee members and investment advisors. The Center for Fiduciary Studies operates in association with the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and is the first full-time training facility devoted to the subject of portfolio management and investment fiduciary standards of care.

Ms. Graham is a board member and past President of the American Association of Trust, Estate and Elder Law Attorneys, past President of the Treasure Valley Estate Planning Council and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Ms. Graham has a Law Degree (J.D.) from the University of Idaho, and also graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University, in Ithaca, New York. She also received a Master's Degree in Business Administration, at Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). She taught finance courses on the college level at Washington State University, Pullman, Washington and the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho.
