Graham has been practicing law for over twenty-five years, and for the past fifteen years her firm's practice has focused exclusively on estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law. In that time, the firm has prepared over 3,300 effective estate plans. Ms. Graham received her Law degree from the University of Idaho and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Graham taught at the Business Schools of both the University of Idaho and Washington State University. In 1977, Ms. Graham moved to Boise, Idaho, to establish her law practice. During the first decade of her legal career, she engaged in the general practice of law, developing a broad range of knowledge for a future in estate planning, including trust administration, wills, trusts, living wills, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and much more. As co-founder and past president of The American Association of Trust, Estate and Elder Law Attorneys (AATEELA), a group of like-minded lawyers from around the country, Ms. Graham stays abreast of changes in the law and with what other professionals in estate planning and elder law are doing across the country.
